Pizza Fresco’s mobile wood-fired oven provides catering for all functions – 18ths, 21sts, all birthday celebrations, anniversaries, engagement parties, hen’s and buck’s nights, get-togethers as well as corporate and club functions in Townsville and surrounds.

We also travel to festivals and events on The Strand and at Riverway in Townsville. We were a big hit at the Palm Creek Folk Festival and the vintage car display on The Strand during the powerboat racing.

We can set up our mobile wood-fired oven in the heart of your outdoor party to create a festive atmosphere and talking point. Guests can see the pizzas being freshly made and cooked next to the burning embers.

How it works and pricing

The pizzas are continually dished out for 2-3 hours depending on numbers.

Prices start at $18 a head for a minimum of 30 people, then $15 for additional guests thereafter. If dessert pizzas are required there is an additional charge of $2 a head. Prices include GST.

If you need someone to wait on your guests, a waiter can be provided for $25 an hour.

We provide all serviettes and paper plates.

We need to set up at least two hours before your guests arrive and have access to power and water. The trailer measures 2.1m wide by 1.6m high so can easily be transported into most settings without stairs. The space required is about 3m by 6m.
